HiPer Technology has brought its lightweight, strong, and energy absorbing carbon fiber composite to the side by side market with two new products. The 12 inch Sidewinder and 14 inch Dakar wheels are specifically designed for today¹s performance side by sides. Both wheels are rated and tested for
side by sides, and like all HiPer wheels, they are tested to Department of Transportation standards and are backed by a one year warranty.

The Sidewinder is the newest HiPer product. The all carbon fiber wheel is offered as a single beadlock and weighs an astonishing 9 pounds. The Sidewinder uses a second generation carbon fiber composite which was developed over the past two years. This new carbon fiber composite gives the Sidewinder unmatched strength and light weight, and makes the radical four spoke all carbon fiber design possible. High strength aluminum hardware adds to the exotic finish and further reduces weight. Like all HiPer wheels, the Sidewinder is bolted together and can be disassembled without any special tools. The Dakar retains many of the design features of the Sidewinder, including the aluminum bolts and inserts. In October of 2007, the prototype Dakars proved they were HiPer wheels by winning the first ever GNCC Side by Side race on Dana Creech’s Polaris RZR. Much like the Sidewinder, the Dakar can

A four series UTV race to create a series’ champion!

The final race finishes the series at the Ironman GNCC on October 25. It will run for 60 minutes and begin at 4:30 p.m.

The UTV Series will feature four classes, the same ones used at the Ironman last October. The classes are:
0-700 cc Limited
0-700cc Modified
701-850cc Limited
701-850cc Modified

The new series will run the machines on real GNCC terrain, including trees and wooded trails, mud, hills and high-speed field sections.
