Some back issues are out of stock and only available as digital issues which would be emailed to you. These issues are labeled as Digital Only. Back issues ship in 1-2 weeks.
When will I receive my first issue of Side x Side Action Magazine? For domestic orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for your first copy of Side x Side Action Magazine to arrive.

What if I ordered at a show and haven’t seen my issues yet? Please allow for 6-8 weeks after the show for payment to be received and processed. Feel free to check and see if payment has been received to your account by visiting https://subscribe.pcspublink.com/Wbsis/default.aspx?pub=SIDE
What if I have missed an issue? First, please check the status of your subscription by clicking here.
Remember it can take 6-8 weeks to receive your first issue. We make every effort to get the magazine in your hands before it goes on the newsstand, but sometimes there are unavoidable delays with the post office.
There are several reasons why you may not get your issue:
1) Perhaps your address is not current or correct. If your address is incorrect the magazine may be considered undeliverable. Check your current address here.
2) You have not renewed. If you want to renew your subscription for another year, click here to view your current subscription and there you can renew.
Try and renew at least one month before your expiration date to avoid a lapse in your subscription. Please keep in mind that your expiration issue will arrive the month before the actual month of expiration.
3) If you have missed an issue, but sent your payment in late, your subscription will be reactivated once the payment is received. You can purchase the missed issues as back issues by clicking here.
What if my issue arrives damaged? We will gladly replace any current issue of a valid subscription that arrives damaged. Simply email customer service at: Email to:
What if I receive duplicate copies? If you receive two or more copies of an issue, please contact our subscription customer service by clicking here. Email to: If you can, please have the mailing labels from the duplicate copies handy.
What if I received a digital issue and I wanted print copies? If you received an email of the digital issue and you really wanted the print copies to come in the mail. Please email customer service and let them know you would like to be refunded for the digital so you can then purchase the print copies. Email to:
What if I can not access my digital issue? When you receive your confirmation email, included will be your temporary login and password. You will use this information to access the current issue. Once you receive your first subscribed issue your will use your email address and password (your password is your last name). If you still can not view either the current issue or the first issue of your subscription please feel free to email .
What if I subscribed to print and digital but I am not getting my digital issues?
Please email customer service and let them know that you subscribed to print and digital and haven’t been receiving the digital emails.
